I offer physical, emotional, and educational support prenatally, through labor + delivery, and some postpartum for families who are expecting/in the transition of becoming parents to a new baby.
1 free consulation. As many prenatal appointments as you feel that you need. Birth intention support. Rebozo use education. Evidence-based education upon request. Community resources as needed/asked for. From our first meeting I like to establish an open communication, non-judgemental space for any visits that follow.
Text/Call Support
I am available to support you by phone at any time throughout the pregnancy. If you have a pregnancy emergency or believe that you are in labor, please allow me up to 2 hours to physically join you for support.
Labor & Delivery
I provide rebozo techniques, combs and cork balls for counter pressure, battery operated tea lights, as well as emotional, mental, and informational support. I like to facilitate open communication as well, and I can help you with self-advocay.
Postpartum
I will stay with your family after your baby is born to help you transition to your postpartum room. I can also help you initiate chest/breastfeeding if desired. I provide 1 hospital visit within 24-48 hours of birth, and any additional visits can be made as needed/wanted once you've returned home. At 5-6 weeks postpartum I offer closing the bones ceremony.
